Job Description
As a Senior Data Migration Specialist, you lead discovery sessions for contract migration, identify the current location of files and associated metadata, and abstract mandatory fields from contracts. You are responsible for loading contracts and related documents while establishing proper structures, such as parent-child relationships. Additionally, you conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with the client on migrated contracts, log issues, and resolve migration or abstraction-related challenges to ensure a smooth and efficient transition.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leads Discovery Sessions for Contract Migration
- Understand current location of files and associated metadata
- Abstract mandatory fields from Contracts
- Load Contracts and related documents establishing proper structure (parent-child/related documents)
- Conducts User Acceptance Testing with Client migrated contracts
- Logs and resolves migration/abstraction related issues
- pre-upload and post upload review and quality check for contracts
Requirements- 4-8 years of relevant experience with Contract Review
- Good knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management tools
- Bachelors or Masters degree in law preferred
- Familiarity with Legal Project Management and Ticketing Software Tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship builder and problem solver
- Excellent client-facing skills and focus on customer service
- Well verse with actual data activity
- 4-8 years of relevant experience with Contract Review
