Job Description
- Create a list of license/permits/registration required for clients to address issues in relation to services provided by the client to its customer.
- Create Compliance checklist for applicable laws and regulations in the USA and Australia.
- Support the client with advice of legal compliance around Insurance.
- Provide clarification to the clients in respect of queries raised on the laws, regulations.
Requirements- A law degree from an accredited law school
- Minimum of two years of experience in Regulatory compliance
- Has understanding on how laws are required to be identified
- Minimum of two years of experience in the BFSI sector is good to have
- Strong understanding of the legal framework governing the BFSI sector is good to have
- A law degree from an accredited law school
