Deputy Manager - Pre Sales

As a Presales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping client solutions and driving business growth. You will work closely with clients to understand their security challenges, design tailored solutions, and showcase the value of our cutting-edge cybersecurity offerings. Combining technical expertise with strong communication skills, you will bridge the gap between client needs and our solutions, contributing to the success of our sales initiatives and strengthening customer relationships. 1. Client Engagement: - Work closely with internal teams to understand business challenges, technical requirements, and security needs of potential clients. - Collaborate internally to develop proposals, RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFIs (Request for Information), tender/ bid submissions, and other technical documentation. - Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions. 2. Solution Design: - Collaborate with the technical teams to create tailored blockchain/ cybersecurity solutions based on customer requirements. - Develop and document technical designs, proposals, and architecture diagrams. - Provide recommendations on the integration and deployment of security products and services. 3. Sales Support: - Identify, qualify, and nurture sales opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs. - Assist the teams in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFIs (Request for Information), and other technical documentation. - Partner with the leadership and internal teams to align technical strategies with business objectives. 4. Knowledge Sharing: - Stay updated on the latest trends, threats, and technologies in the blockchain/ cybersecurity landscape. - Conduct training sessions for internal teams on new products and solutions. - Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences as a company representative. 5. Technical Expertise: - Demonstrate deep knowledge of blockchain/ cybersecurity domains such as threat detection, vulnerability management, incident response, cloud security, and endpoint protection. - Evaluate and recommend technologies that align with client goals and company offerings. - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align solutions with market demands. - B. Tech/ M. Tech / B.E / M.E in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Electronics and / or related degree with work experience in cybersecurity. - Minimum 3 years of experience.
