Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the Recruitment of top talent for various roles within our Buying House operations, including Product Development, Designers and Merchandisers.
This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring the best professionals across the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle.
- Source candidates through Job Portals, social media, and networking.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and present top candidates to managers.
- Enhance employer branding and recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular recruitment reports and maintain candidate data.
Qualification:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 8-10 years in talent acquisition at a top-tier buying house (Triburg, William E Connor, Flatworld etc.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and sourcing skills.
