Position Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the recruitment of top talent for various roles within our Buying House operations, including Product Development, Designers and Merchandisers.
- This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring the best professionals across the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle.
- Source candidates through Job Portals, social media, and networking.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and present top candidates to managers.
- Enhance employer branding and recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular recruitment reports and maintain candidate data.
Qualification:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 8-10 years in talent acquisition at a top-tier buying house, or recruitment firm.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and sourcing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Conduct initial phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Present top candidates to hiring managers and guide them through the offer process.
- Enhance employer branding and develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Track key recruitment metrics and generate regular reports on recruitment progress and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition within a fast-paced environment, preferably at a top-tier buying house or recruitment firm.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent sourcing skills, including experience with job boards, social media, and networking.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills:
