Role Description:
- As an Outbound Marketing Lead, Candidate's primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential clients through various outreach marketing methods.
- He/she will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that drive lead generation and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibility:
- Create a B2B email, cold calling, and LinkedIn campaign to reach out to prospects.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to create compelling outreach campaigns.
- Track and report on key performance metrics.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information.
- Direct the outbound team to exceed joint marketing lead generation targets through the effective execution of our proven strategy.
- Providing coaching, feedback, and training to support their growth and success.
- Foster a collaborative Lead generation environment that promotes team growth and individual achievement.
Requirement:
- Bachelor or master degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related field.
- Significant experience in a supervisory or management role in outbound marketing is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with email marketing and data research tools.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Excellent team and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven Approach.
- Experience Required : 5+ Years.
