Job Title: Facility Manager

Age Criteria: 35 Years to 50 Years

Minimum Educational Qualification:

• Post Graduate (Even a degree will be considered based on experience)

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years as a Housekeeping Supervisor OR
• Minimum 2 years as a Facility Manager

Languages Known:

• English, Hindi, and Telugu

Skillset:

• Basic administrative skills and computer knowledge
• Thorough knowledge of housekeeping standards and procedures
• Waste segregation and management
• Cleaning and hygiene maintenance
• Machinery operations and maintenance
• Stock maintenance and inventory control

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage housekeeping and facility operations to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
2. Implement and monitor housekeeping procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
3. Supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
4. Develop and enforce waste management and segregation practices.
5. Maintain and operate cleaning machinery and equipment, ensuring proper upkeep.
6. Manage stock and inventory of housekeeping supplies, ensuring adequate availability.
7. Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance requirements and take corrective actions.
8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the facility.
9. Train and guide housekeeping staff to enhance performance and adherence to procedures.
10. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of housekeeping materials and equipment.

Salary Range: Salary shall be provided best in the market / shall depend on his present salary received
