Senior Sales Manager

• Implement sales strategies in line with the company's overall goals and objectives, specifically tailored to the eastern region of India.
• Achieve sales targets through effective planning and budget management.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue growth.
• Engage and close the leads and maintain regular follow-up on the allocated leads.
• Develop a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
• Negotiate contracts with clients and establish a timeline of performance.
• Address customer concerns and complaints promptly to maintain a trustworthy relationship.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify changes in customer demand and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, revenue, and expenses for the Regional Sales Manager
• Utilize data for strategic decision-making to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.
• Lead the corporate sales in developing and executing strategies to secure business from large and mid-sized hospitals in the region
• Establish and maintain relationships with key corporate decision-makers.
• Survey the market and establish the Number of Key Accounts and Mid-Sized Accounts in the region
• Responsible for revenue delivery and collection from the Key Accounts
• Responsible for periodic review for pricing
• Responsible for relationship with occupiers sourced from Key Accounts
• Coordinate with various BVG departments to ensure that service offerings meet the high standards required by corporate clients.
• Lead and Negotiate contract terms with the Key Accounts
• Monitor and analyze sales performance
• Provide input into product and service development to ensure BVG meets the evolving needs of corporate clients.
• Company representative at Events and industry conferences.
• Manage the Site Visits of the Clients
• Showcase the Property to the Clients
• Co-Ordinate with Marketing and Tele-Calling Team for site visits and update back to the HO
• Responsible for budgets and targets for allocated region of India for BVG Senior Living.
• Responsible for Target Delivery from the allocated region
• Identify and On-board Channel Partners and Referees
• Identify and establish relationship with Small hospitals and recruit them as referral partners
• Work on the allocated leads and maintain regular follow-up and manage the MIS
• Report to the Regional Manager on new market trends and market updates
• Address customer concerns and complaints promptly to maintain a trustworthy relationship.
• Prepare Sales Reports on performance, revenue and collections
