Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced International Recruiter (Non-IT) with 5-6 years of expertise in global talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across international markets in industries such as Healthcare, Manufacturing, Engineering, Retail, BFSI, Hospitality, and more. This role requires a deep understanding of global recruitment trends, visa regulations, and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities:

Global Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and implement international recruitment strategies for sourcing high-quality candidates.
  • Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting techniques, referrals, and social media for talent acquisition.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, CV screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and assess candidates based on job requirements.

Stakeholder & Client Management:

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand job specifications and hiring needs.
  • Work closely with external recruitment agencies and consultants for global hiring support.

International Hiring Compliance:

  • Stay updated on country-specific labor laws, visa processes, and work permit regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with international employment policies and regulations.

Market Research & Strategic Hiring:

  • Provide insights into global hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
  • Suggest innovative ways to attract top talent in competitive job markets.

Diversity & Inclusion:

  • Promote diverse hiring practices and ensure an inclusive recruitment process.

Recruitment Metrics & Reporting:

  • Track key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
  • Prepare reports on recruitment performance and suggest process improvements.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 5-6 years in international recruitment (Non-IT industries).
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and Microsoft Office.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Negotiation & Relationship Management: Strong ability to engage, negotiate, and build long-term relationships with candidates and clients.


Preferred Skills:

🔹 Experience in volume hiring and executive search for global clients.
🔹 Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
🔹 Familiarity with visa sponsorships and work permit processes.
🔹 Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different time zones.
