Sr. Manager - Customer Success & Process Excellence

Job Description:-

As a Process Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing process improvement initiatives, with the aim of enhancing operational efficiency and productivity

• Utilize process excellence methodologies to redesign and optimize customer success and all other call center based operations processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute process reengineering projects
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve process issues
• Monitor and track customer success process performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of process improvement initiatives
• Utilize tools to analyze customer success data and identify areas for improvement

Skill Sets / Requirements:-

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data
• Ability to build & execute processes that improve customer experience and costs
• Six Sigma Black Belt certified will be preferred
• Proficiency in data analytics tools required
