Assistant Manager - Servicing

Job Description:-

You will be responsible for growth in Customer Retention & Upsell by managing relationships with our partners to ensure that renewals and upsell opportunities are maximized.

• Responsible for growth of the following for assigned partners / process
• Customer Retention & Renewal %
• Customer Upsell %
• Productivity of team members with partners
• Root Cause Analysis for customer churn and how to reduce the same.
• Conduct thorough analysis of renewal and upsell performance, tracking key performance indicators and identifying trends.
• Training & support for partners & their team.
• Acquire detailed product knowledge and ability to give detailed product demo
• Execute the sales promotion activities for the assigned area
• Daily reporting of performance parameters
• Cover multiple cities as part of the assigned region, hence traveling may be required

Skill Sets / Requirements:-

• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to understand the business & requirements of the customers
• Working experience with SME businesses
• High achievement orientation.
• Takes full ownership of activities and outcomes
