US Talent Acquisition - Visa Transfer/W2 Candidates

Location: On-site, Kalkaji, South Delhi (Work from office only)
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 2- 4 years in US Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based job roles
• Source, interview, and hire candidates on W2 or for visa transfer
• Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs
• Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules, offer negotiations, and onboarding
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines for future openings

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in US Talent Acquisition, including visa transfers and W2 candidates
• Strong understanding of US work visa processes and requirements
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with US job portals, recruiting tools, and CRM systems
