Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and recruiting H1B candidates and be able to convince them to join our bench or transfer their visa for Bench Sales. As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top-tier IT talent, building relationships with H1B visa holders, and supporting the bench sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• H1B Candidate Sourcing: Identify and source qualified H1B candidates from various job boards, networking, and other sourcing techniques.
• Candidate Engagement: Reach out to potential candidates, engage in meaningful discussions, and assess their qualifications and career goals.
• Convincing Candidates: Persuade candidates to come on our bench or transfer their existing H1B visa for bench sales opportunities.
• Relationship Building: Establish long-term relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a steady stream of H1B talent for the bench.
• Coordination with Bench Sales Team: Collaborate with the bench sales team to understand the specific needs and requirements of the business and identify suitable candidates.
• Visa Transfer Process: Guide candidates through the process of transferring their H1B visa to our organization.
• Reporting: Maintain and update recruitment data and reports, tracking candidate progress through the hiring process.
• Negotiation: Handle compensation discussions and ensure alignment with both candidate expectations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, with a strong focus on H1B candidates.
• Familiarity with US visa processes, particularly H1B visa transfers.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent sourcing skills, including familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and internal teams.
• Experience in bench sales and understanding of the US IT staffing industry is a plus.

• Knowledge of the US IT staffing market and trends.
• Experience in recruiting for niche IT skills and technologies.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
