About the roles & responsibilities

1. Assist in identifying potential candidates for various positions through job boards, social media, and networking.
2. Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
3. Help schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Conduct research on market trends, competitor analysis, and salary benchmarks to inform recruitment strategies.
5. Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
6. Engage with candidates to provide updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
7. Assist in generating reports on recruitment metrics and candidate pipelines.
8. Collaborate with senior recruiters and other team members on various projects as needed.
