Job Description
- Business Development: Achieving business plan of various services of AICRA. Create and implement tele sales strategies tailored to AICRA s projects and services. Identify potential markets and segments for effective outreach and sales initiatives.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Conduct outreach calls to understand client needs, providing tailored solutions for AICRA s offerings. Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture relationships and drive sales conversions.
- Sales Operations: Oversee daily sales activities, ensuring adherence to processes and best practices.Manage the lead generation process, including qualification and conversion strategies.
- Reporting and Performance Analysis: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management. Analyze sales data to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred
- 3 to 5 Years experience in tele sales or sales management, preferably in educational services or technology.
- Having knowledge of regional lenguage (Tamil, Telugu, Bangali, Punjabi, Marathi) will be preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and engaging style.
- Results-driven with a commitment to achieving sales targets.
