We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager/AGM Sales & Business Development to drive revenue growth, on-board new brands, manage client relationships, and develop strategic business plans. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, monetization, brand on-boarding, and client servicing. This role requires strong leadership, negotiation skills, and the ability to identify and execute high-impact business opportunities.


Role & responsibilities:-


A. Revenue Growth & Monetization:-

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
  • Identify new revenue streams, business models, and monetization strategies.
  • Optimize pricing structures and partnership models for maximum profitability.
  • Work with internal teams to enhance sales processes and efficiency.

2. Brand Onboarding & Market Expansion:-

  • Identify, acquire, and onboard new brands, ensuring successful integration.
  • Develop customized solutions for brands to maximize their market reach.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring win-win partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential business opportunities.

3. Client Engagement & Servicing:-

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.
  • Address client concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work with internal teams to improve client experience and retention.

4. Business Strategy & Planning:-

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify new market trends and competitive advantages to drive expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales and marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

5. Data-Driven Decision Making:-

  • Visualize sales data reports, utilize advanced analytics tools to track performance metrics and assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Prepare in-depth reports and presentations for senior management on revenue performance and marketing initiatives.

6. Leadership & Team Development:-

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and business development team.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.

Qualifications & Skills:-

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 9-14 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Monetization, and Client Servicing.
  • Proven track record in revenue generation, brand on-boarding, and client relationship management.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
  • Experience in data-driven sales strategies, performance analytics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


Note:-Preferred Candidate Profile:-

  • Experience in managing enterprise sales, digital Sales, or b2b partnerships.
  • Background in sales, business Development, monetization, on-boarding clients servicing.
  • Knowledge of Sales, lead generation, Marketing.
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation, and sales forecasting.
