Your Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in startup or investment banking to join our dynamic team
The primary role will be to onboard startup founders onto Qubit Capital's platform, educating them about our services and converting them into clients
The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology, startups, and fundraising, with proven experience in international B2B sales
Main Responsibilities:
Manage leads generated by the marketing department and set up virtual meetings with potential clients (International Startup Founders)
Educate startup founders about Qubit Capital's services, highlighting how it works and its benefits
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction
Create and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and strategies
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM
Requirements:
What we are Looking For:
A minimum of 3 years of work experience in business development managerial profile, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for startups, technology, and fundraising
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
International B2B sales experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
