Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities: As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the Relationship Officer team and ensuring high performance in handling inbound calls, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth.
• Developing strategies to improve customer engagement and retention, while achieving team and organizational targets.
• Analysing market trends and identifying new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
• Collaborating with other teams to streamline processes, improve customer service quality, and boost productivity.
• Mentoring and training Relationship Officers to enhance their skills and contribute to overall team success.
• Reporting on performance metrics, customer feedback, and business outcomes to senior management.
