Job Description

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce sales strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new sales opportunities and target markets.
  • Set sales targets and KPIs for the e-commerce sales team.

Team Management:

  • Lead and motivate a team of online sales representatives, providing coaching and performance feedback.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new e-commerce sales team members.
  • Monitor individual sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Online Sales Channel Management:

  • Manage and optimize online storefronts across multiple platforms (e.g., company website, marketplaces like Amazon ).
  • Monitor product listings, pricing, inventory levels, and product descriptions for accuracy and customer appeal.
  • Implement strategies to enhance product visibility and search ranking on online marketplaces.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Foster strong relationships with online customers through proactive communication and customer service.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Implement customer retention strategies to increase repeat purchases.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Generate comprehensive sales reports and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to optimize marketing campaigns and sales funnels.

Marketing and Promotion:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute online marketing campaigns
  • Leverage digital marketing channels like email marketing, social media, and paid advertising to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Manage promotional activities and special offers on online platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in e-commerce sales management, ideally with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong understanding of online retail platforms and digital marketing strategies
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data reporting tools
  • Leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
