Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our
team at Chennai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our diverse range of services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and business
opportunities.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform business
strategies.
2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including online research,
networking, and referrals.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings with prospective clients to present our services and
capabilities.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs
and providing tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring
their satisfaction.
4. Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business development
targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to
secure new business deals.
5. Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, development, and project
management, to align business development efforts with company objectives.
- Provide regular updates on business development activities, pipeline status, and market
feedback to senior management.
6. Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business development activities, client
interactions, and sales performance.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the IT
services industry.
- Strong understanding of application development, software development, digital
marketing, and other software services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
