Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive lead generation and client acquisition for our staffing business. The role involves generating leads for both contract and permanent staffing solutions, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for contract and permanent staffing services.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand business with existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful service delivery.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain and update sales reports, CRM, and other necessary documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, preferably in the staffing/recruitment industry.
• Proven track record of lead generation and client acquisition in staffing services.
• Strong understanding of contract and permanent staffing solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong market research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
