Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Client Engagement: Identify potential plot buyers and convert inquiries into sales.
• Relationship & Pipeline Management: Build strong customer relationships and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to project kick-off.
• Negotiation & Contract Management: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements.
• Team Collaboration & Sales Tracking: Work with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and track key sales metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in business development, real estate sales, or home construction consultancy.
• Proven sales and negotiation skills with a track record of converting leads into contracts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Bachelors degree in Business, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Work Location & Schedule

• Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (with occasional site visits)
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday, with occasional weekend visits as needed.
