Job Description

LambdaTest is a cloud-based testing platform aimed at bringing the whole testing ecosystem to cloud.

LambdaTest provides access to a powerful cloud network of 2000+ real browsers and operating systems that helps testers in cross-browser and cross platform compatibility testing.

- We are in search of a proficient and experienced Business Development- Manager to help us grow our business.

- As a Business Development Representative, you will be seeking new business prospects by contacting and developing relationships with our prospective customers.

- You will act as the first point of contact for our company.

Responsibilities:

- Identify potential customers from amongst a bunch of leads

- Present the company to prospective clients

- Identify additional renewal/upgrade opportunities for products and services.

- Identify client requirements and suggest them with suitable products/services

- Come up with customised product solutions that will help boost customer satisfaction

- Establish long-term relationships with the clients

- Seek new business opportunities in the market proactively

- Keep updated about latest business trends

Requirements:

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in C.S, I.T, Marketing or related field

- Proven 2+ years of experience as a Business Development role

- Prior working experience in SaaS startup is must.

- Excellent customer service skills

- Impressive communication skills

- Extensive experience with various sales techniques

- Proven record of achieving sales quotas

- Hands-on experience with CRM software like Zoho, Sales Navigator.

- Familiarity with MS Office - Excel in particular

- Sound knowledge of sales performance metrics

- Should be a Team Player

- Excellent negotiation skills

- Ability to deliver convincing presentations

- Good leadership skills
