Job Description

Position Title:Business Development Manager (International Markets).

Location:Gurugram.

Experience:5-8 years.

Job Summary.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of driving growth in international markets.

This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and expanding the companys footprint globally.
  • Key Responsibilities.

    Market Expansion and Strategy:.

    Identify and evaluate potential new markets and opportunities for business growth in international territories.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities in global markets.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in international markets to increase brand presence and sales.
  • Sales And Revenue Growth.

    Achieve sales and revenue targets by identifying new clients and opportunities in international markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and pricing models tailored to each clients needs.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies and campaigns for international markets.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration.

    Collaborate with product development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that international market strategies are aligned with overall business goals.
  • Coordinate with international teams to ensure smooth operations and support in foreign markets.
  • Stay updated on global trade regulations, market conditions, and business trends to provide actionable insights to internal teams.
  • Qualifications.

    Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of proven experience in business development, with a focus on international markets.
  • Strong understanding of international business practices, market dynamics, and cultural nuances.
  • Experience in B2B sales, market entry strategies, and developing key business partnerships across borders.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and revenue growth in international markets.
  • Preferred Qualifications.

    Masters degree or MBA in a relevant field.
  • Experience working with diverse industries or markets, such as Europe, North America, or Asia.
  • Knowledge of multiple languages or experience working with multilingual teams is a plus.
  • Key Competencies.

    Strategic thinking with a strong business acumen.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of cultural sensitivity and adaptability when working across international markets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels..
