Job Description

Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and profitability of the organization. Located in Mumbai, this position requires a results-oriented individual who is adept at identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and ultimately accelerating revenue growth. This role is integral to the companys success, as it not only enhances the existing customer base but also explores potential markets and segments to create lasting business relationships. With immediate joining necessary, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to influence the companys direction and contribute significantly to overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
Conducting cold calls.
Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Set and achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Provide timely feedback to the product development teams regarding customer preferences.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of successful sales achievements.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the industry and market trends in the Mumbai area.
Demonstrated leadership skills and team management experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi or other local languages is a plus.
Strong networking skills and established professional relationships.
