Job Description

1. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify target international markets, industries, and potential clients. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to develop effective strategies.
2. Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to identify, approach, and acquire international clients. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation methods.
3. Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with potential international clients. Understand their needs, challenges, and business objectives to offer tailored solutions.
4. Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and the closing of deals. Ensure favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the client .
5. Market Expansion Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive international market expansion strategy, including market entry and growth plans .
6. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of international business development efforts. Make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies .
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of at least [2+ years] in international business development , with a strong focus on acquiring international clients.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding aims in global markets.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Experience with international market research and strategy development.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
