Sr.Business Development Executive

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis.
• Lead the preparation and presentation of proposals and pitches.
• Manage and mentor junior business development staff.
• Negotiate high-value contracts and agreements.
• Track and report on key performance indicators and sales metrics.
  

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior Product sales experience in MSD365 or any company product.
