Business Development Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

• Contact potential or existing donors to inform them about our company's products.
• Answer questions about our products.
• Ask questions to understand donor's requirements and close sales.
• Enter and update donor information in the database.
• The call will have 4 major objectives:
• To show gratitude towards donors, keep in mind the tone of voice by thanking them for the work they have done to save many lives.
• Get an idea as to why they dropped off from donating to a fundraiser and make note of their feedback. It could be a technical error or their personal choice, but gathering this information is crucial.
• Sales - This is where the candidate will request the donor to donate to that particular fundraiser by persuading them.
• If the opportunity presents itself, the candidate would be expected to upsell the amount. (For example: Lets assume INR 1000 was the amount they were intending to donate, the candidate would try & upsell 25% more) .

Preferred candidate profile

• Work experience of 0-2 years in Tele calling.
• Willingness to work from office for 6 days in a week
