Job Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our Sales & Business Development team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This role involves client acquisition, account management, and inside sales, with a strong focus on relationship-building and customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and offer suitable solutions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client acquisition strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct outbound calls and follow up on inquiries from potential clients.
Pitch products/services effectively and handle objections confidently.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales and client interaction data.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Develop strategies to attract new clients and grow existing business accounts.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Work closely with key accounts to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Track and analyze sales performance, reporting to the management team.
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal & written).
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to close deals effectively.
Proficiency in lead generation, cold calling, and business development.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
0-5 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or business development.
Experience in a KPO/BPO sales voice process is a plus.
