Roles & responsibilities -
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, cold calling, and other lead
Generation techniques: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Actively engage with potential clients to understand their IT needs and offer tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy & Planning: Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and product demos to prospective clients. Customize solutions based on client needs.
Negotiation & Closing Deals: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to ensure the company stays ahead of the competition.
Work closely with marketing, technical, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution post-sale.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, leads, and customer feedback. Regularly update the CRM and provide sales reports to the management team.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional IT services and solutions.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build the brand and generate leads.
