Job Title: Senior Flutter Developer

Location: WFO
Job Type: Full-time
Experience Required: 4+ years

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and visually appealing interfaces.
Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code while following best practices.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
Integrate RESTful APIs, Firebase, GraphQL, and other third-party services.
Debug and troubleshoot issues, ensuring smooth functionality across multiple devices.
Implement state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, or GetX.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter updates, trends, and industry best practices.
Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the teams growth.
Deploy and maintain applications on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of experience in mobile development, with a strong focus on Flutter & Dart.
Strong knowledge of Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.
Experience with Firebase, REST APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
Proficiency in state management solutions like Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, or GetX.
Experience in building custom UI components, animations, and complex layouts.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and debugging tools.
Familiarity with Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket, and version control best practices.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot application issues.
Experience in publishing apps to the Google Play Store & Apple App Store.
