Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients in the hospitality industry
- Client Acquisition: Qualify leads, engage prospects, and present tailored tech solutions.
- Sales Support: Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and quotes for prospects.
- CRM Management: Track and manage leads and sales activities using CRM tools.
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to join our onsite team in Bhubaneswar. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and training to our clients while addressing service-related queries to ensure the seamless operation of our hospitality software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for software issues related to our hospitality tech solutions.
- Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Conduct technical training for clients on our software applications and systems.
- Address service-related queries and troubleshoot issues to enhance client satisfaction.
- Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the IT team to enhance system performance and user experience.
Qualifications:
- B.Tech in any specialization.(Mandatory) 0-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field, preferably in hospitality tech.
- Basic understanding of operating systems and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
