Business Development Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with potential clients.
  
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our company's products/services offerings to effectively communicate value proposition to customers.
  
• Manage leads from initial contact to closure, ensuring timely follow-ups, negotiations, and contract signing.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales engineering) to provide product demos and solutions tailored to customer needs.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-3 years of experience in IT Sales or Software Sales.
  
• Strong knowledge of Inside Sales principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations and email correspondence.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting monthly targets.
