1. Employees feel more work Pressure for Completion of the projects as early as possible. Due to this, Employee has more burden & they are not able to Balance their work-life properly. 2. Projects are not delivered on time due to Poor Communication & Coordination 3. Approval Process for the IT Projects takes more time 4. Company hire less Employees for their IT Projects - Work has More but employees are less

Company has a Healthy Work environment. Everyone including Management are very supportive. There is always a feeling of Positivity and Motivation. This is my first company, But I never felt that.

Dislikes

No reason to dislike. Everything is perfect. It is best company for fresher to start our career for Opportunity seekers.

They treat you like your family. They provide you enough opportunity for you to grow. They are really humble people.

The workload you get is really enough to bear. Sometimes they do not have people for other departments, so you may be assigned task that are really not relevant to your profile.
