Projects are not delivered on time due to Poor Communication & Coordination 3. Approval Process for the IT Projects takes more time 4. Company hire less Employees for their IT Projects - Work has More but employees are less

Company has a Healthy Work environment. Everyone including Management are very supportive. There is always a feeling of Positivity and Motivation. This is my first company, But I never felt that.
