Job Description
Job Type: Full-Time
Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside sales expert to join our sales team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in cold calling, lead generation, and inside sales. This role
involves identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.


Key Responsibilities:
o Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online
research, social media, and industry-specific databases.
o Develop and maintain a database of qualified leads and prospective clients.
o Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
o Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our
products/services.


  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule appointments for the sales
    team.
    o Handle objections and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.
    o Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
    o Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.
    o Provide accurate and timely information to the sales team regarding client needs and
    potential opportunities.
    o Maintain detailed records of interactions with leads and prospects in the CRM system.
    o Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
    o Understand client needs and propose solutions that address their business challenges.
    o Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive client experience
    Qualifications
    • Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and inside sales.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
