The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce CRM platform. This role requires a combination of technical skills, strategic thinking, and a customer-focused mindset to drive business growth through effective use of Salesforce.
Major Responsibilities
System Maintenance: Perform daily administration and monitoring of the Salesforce system, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
User Support: Provide support to Salesforce users, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and ensure system functionality is optimized.
Customization: Customize and configure Salesforce applications to align with requirements, including creating custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and Flows.
Data Management: Ensure data integrity and quality by performing regular data audits, duplicate record management, and data cleansing activities.
Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain customized reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders, supporting sales metrics and KPIs.
Training: Conduct user training sessions.
Integration: Manage and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other business systems.
alesforce Developer: Responsible for larger projects, improvements, and custom integrations in the Salesforce CRM platform. Build and manage complex flows within Salesforce. Develop custom Lightning Web Components. Create advanced Salesforce reports and dashboards.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field; relevant certifications or coursework are a plus.
2+ years of experience in IT support or an entry-level systems engineering role.
