Job Description
Serve as a sales, services operations/support and system admin.
Own all Salesforce configuration and management, including working with custom objects, fields, validation rules, approval processes, and flows while ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards, analyzing data, and identifying business growth opportunities through Salesforce reporting, data analysis, and revenue management.
Manage user accounts, permission sets, and sharing rules, ensuring a secure and efficient Salesforce environment for all teams.
Data cleansing and integrity, utilizing data loader and reporting analytics for debugging and troubleshooting.
Perform multifaceted Salesforce systems audit, evaluating fields, data quality, users and permissions, license, and storage, installed apps and integrations, API usage, reports and dashboards, release readiness, and overall system health.
Perform Salesforce refreshes in the Sandbox environments.
Technicall skill Requirements
5+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience with a focus on Sales Cloud/Service Cloud and Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ.
Strong Knowledge of Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Security Settings, Flows/Workflows, Dashboards, etc.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning App Builder.
Advanced understanding of data management tools like Data Loader.
Good understanding of Salesforce data model with SOQL knowledge.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Knowledge of Salesforce package implementation.
Certifications
Salesforce Administrator certification(Mandatory)
Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ Specialist, Experience Cloud) are desirable.
