Burger Singh - Manager - Property Acquisition (4-5 yrs)

- Burger Singh is seeking an experienced Property Acquisition Manager to join our team in a full-time, on-site role.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new properties in key locations, negotiating lease terms, conducting market research, and evaluating property values.

- This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills, as you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive strategic property acquisitions across cities such as Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, and Jharkhand.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new properties suitable for franchise expansion and operations.

- Conduct thorough market research and property scouting to evaluate potential locations.

- Negotiate lease terms with property owners to secure favorable agreements.

- Analyze property values and market trends to inform acquisition decisions.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and execute property acquisition strategies.

- Ensure all property deals comply with local real estate laws and regulations.

- Maintain detailed records of property evaluations and negotiations.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- A minimum of 4 years of experience in property acquisition, franchise sales, or related fields.

- Expertise in real estate market analysis, property valuation, and negotiation.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Experience in conducting market research and property scouting.

- Strong project management and collaboration abilities.

- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
