Manager - Business Expansion & Property Acquisition - Retail & QSR (4-18 yrs)

- Devise strategy to expand in the allocated region by identifying prospect trade areas, securing right locations and opening stores to aid growth.

- Identify and evaluate real estate opportunities through site visits, site selection metrics and criteria, demographic analysis and research to get right locations for the brand.

- Evaluate existing stores to drive relocations, rent reductions and recommend renewals/terminations and negotiate renewals/extensions to deliver savings to franchisee and own stores.

- Identify and tap new business opportunities of increasing the reach and penetration via relevant strategic tie-ups and evaluate unique/different formats of outlets across the region/circle.

- Monitor and ensure timely completion of the investment and development within the established budget and schedule

- Experience in QSR, Retail, FMCG, Retail Expansion & Operations

- Experience in business development, or alliance management.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mind-set with the ability to use data to drive decisions.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Team player with a collaborative and creative approach to problem-solving.
