Senior Marketing Manager - B2B Marketing - SaaS,PaaS,Cloud Marketing

What You'll Do:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role acts as a trusted marketing leader for the business, and you will:
1. Create a Buzz: Design and lead integrated marketing campaigns that spotlight our AI-driven service lines. Your creativity will elevate our brand and drive awareness among enterprises, ecosystem partners, analysts, and other key stakeholders.
2. Own the Narrative: Develop and refine positioning, messaging, and content that showcase our leadership in AI innovation. From thought leadership articles to high-impact case studies, you will craft stories that resonate.
3. Drive Demand: Leverage your expertise in B2B marketing tactics, demand generation, and channel strategies to increase consideration and generate leads.
4. Collaborate and Lead: Work together with business stakeholders, alliance partners, and analyst relations teams to align marketing initiatives with strategic goals.
5. Measure and Optimize: Utilize your deep understanding of marketing analytics to track success, adjust campaigns, and ensure lower-funnel impact that drives measurable business results.
6. Inspire the Team: Mentor and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and growth.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a visionary marketer who brings:
- Experience: 5-10 years of integrated marketing experience (global exposure preferred), including at least 5 years in marketing cloud, SaaS, or PaaS services, and 2-3 years in team leadership.
- Creativity Meets Strategy: A track record of developing and executing standout marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Content Mastery: Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with a portfolio of thought leadership, videos, press releases, and more.
- Analyst Relations: Familiarity with engaging industry analysts and leveraging insights to influence positioning.
- Digital Savvy: Expertise in digital platforms, channels, and analytics to track marketing performance and optimize for ROI.
- Leadership and Influence: Proven ability to inspire, collaborate, and lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
- Vision and Adaptability: A proactive approach to identifying trends, crafting solutions, and adjusting strategies in real time.
