Executive - Sales - Leasing & Property Management (0-4 yrs)

Job description

Sales Executive, you'll manage leasing activities for our U.S.-based rental properties and support our property management operations.

You will oversee the leasing process from property listings and virtual tours to closing leases, ensuring a smooth experience for both tenants and property owners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage tenant inquiries, schedule virtual tours, and facilitate the leasing process.

- Conduct tenant screenings and negotiate lease terms.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling property listings and reduce vacancy times.

- Ensure compliance with U.S. leasing regulations and maintain accurate leasing records.

- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with tenants.

- Reach out to landlords to generate leads - give presentation and close.

What We're Looking For:

- 2-4+ years of experience in leasing, property management, or real estate sales.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

- Ability to work PST hours, including weekends.

- Self-driven with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Education

UG: Any Graduate
