The Role:

As the Head of Real Estate Strategy, you will work closely with the CEO's office to spearhead our expansion by identifying and securing game-changing locations for our outlets. Your role will be pivotal in shaping our footprint, driving profitability, and ensuring we're always in the right place at the right time.

This isn't a role for the faint-hearted. We're looking for someone who can think like a strategist, negotiate like a closer, and inspire like a leader.

What You'll Do:

Strategic Vision & Planning:

- Define the Location Strategy: Develop long-term strategies for securing prime locations, considering market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes.

- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics to forecast footfall, revenue potential, and market trends to make informed decisions.

- Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to align expansion plans with broader business goals.

Real Estate Acquisition & Negotiation:

- Scout for Gold: Identify high-potential sites in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities that align with our brand and customer demographics.

- Own the Deal: Lead complex negotiations with landlords and property owners to secure long-term leases with the best terms possible.

- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with real estate brokers, developers, and local authorities to unlock opportunities others can't.

Execution Excellence:

- Collaborate to Win: Rally internal stakeholders to gain buy-in on site selections, ensuring seamless approvals and alignment.

- Be a Leader: Build and mentor a team of real estate experts to drive operational excellence.

What We're Looking For:

- Educational Pedigree: MBA from a Tier 1 institute (IIT/IIM or equivalent).

- Proven Vision: 3-6 years of experience in real estate strategy, business development, or a high-stakes negotiation role.

- Master Negotiator: Exceptional interpersonal skills to secure the best deals and build lasting relationships.
