Role & responsibilities:

• A shift manager must have hard skills, such as inventory management, cash handling, and food handling. They need to ensure cleanliness and follow safety standards, while also managing food quality and customer service. They must also possess strong leadership skills to manage teams and maintain good work ethic.

Preferred candidate profile:

• The person should be 12th completed, People handling, 2-4 years of experience in hotel industry. Minimum six months of experience in hotel management.
