Key Responsibilities :
SAP FSCM Implementation & Support :
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP FSCM modules (including Credit Management, Collections Management, Dispute Management, Treasury & RiskManagement, and SAP Bank Communication Management).
- Configure and optimize FSCM modules to align with client business processes.
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve any technical or functional issues related to FSCM.
Business Process Consulting :
- Engage with key stakeholders to understand the business requirements and map them to SAP FSCM solutions.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to help clients understand FSCM functionality and best practices.
- Advise clients on process improvements, automation, and system enhancements to optimize their financial supply chain.
Cross-Functional Integration :
- Ensure proper integration between SAP FSCM and other SAP modules such as SAP FI/CO, SAP MM, SAP SD, and SAP BW.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions and seamless system performance.
Project Management :
- Work with project managers to plan, execute, and deliver SAP FSCM implementations on time and within budget.
- Track project milestones and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Testing & Documentation :
- Oversee the testing phase of FSCM solutions, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Create detailed documentation on configurations, custom developments, and business processes for knowledge transfer.
Continuous Improvement :
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP FSCM trends and functionality to ensure clients are receiving the most effective solutions.
- Recommend system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to improve performance.
Desired Skills & Experience :
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP FSCM consulting and implementation with a strong background in financial processes.
- Expert knowledge of SAP FSCM modules such as Credit Management, Collections Management, Dispute Management, Treasury & Risk Management, and Bank Communication Management.
- Experience working in large-scale implementations and handling integration with other SAP modules (FI/CO, SD, MM).
- Strong understanding of financial supply chain management and best practices in cash flow management, credit risk, collections, and payments.
- Experience in project management and delivery in both waterfall and Agile environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and propose SAP-based solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
- SAP certification in FSCM or relevant finance modules is a plus.
- Experience with S/4HANA is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant SAP certifications or training in FSCM or related financial modules.
- Exposure to S/4HANA implementation is a strong plus.
