We at Bureau are seeking a Product Designer with 3 - 6 years of experience who can collaborate with stakeholders, solve complex issues by offering multiple solutions, and deliver top-notch user experiences that can impact millions of users.

How youll make an impact:

• Drive Technology Transformation: Play a key role in delivering and designing technology solutions that reshape how our clients operate, while also contributing to the development of innovative digital products and services

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to produce a variety of design deliverables, including journey maps, service blueprints, roadmaps, prototypes, and design systems

• Apply Research with Precision: Use diverse research methods such as context analysis, moderated interviews, experiments, and user testing to generate insights and clearly communicate your findings to clients and team members

• Manage Scope, Risks, and Progress: Proactively monitor project scope, risks, and updates, ensuring clear communication and alignment across stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

• Bachelor s degree in design, a related field, or equivalent practical experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in UX design & Enthusiastic and passionate about design, usability, and trends.

• Strong understanding of design trends with a desire to experiment with novel ideas.

• A portfolio showcasing design principles applied to web and/or mobile platforms

• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Proficiency with UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Framer, or similar software

• A highly creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into polished, functional, and visually compelling prototypes

• Proven success collaborating across organizational boundaries and working effectively with cross-functional teams

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to craft and deliver engaging presentations
