Job Description

An ideal Product Manager is an avid gamer and hasexcellent attention to detail and while you see the big picture, you do notlose sight of the small steps needed to reach our vision. We are seeking a teamplayer who inspires others to do their best work and are comfortable with theunknown .

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall gameperformance - revenue, user engagement and retention

Create, plan, and execute the ProductRoadmap based on business objectives

You will work with the Head of Product todefine the ongoing product budget and monitor the profit and loss of the game

You will need to manage the expectationsof the C-level executives while keeping close to the project management team,assessing the teamdevelopment capacity and ability to meet deadlines. Youwill need to ensure all groups in the company are working toward the sameend-goals in a cohesive manner.

Suggest features and functionality andliaise with the Head of Product on direction

Drive engagement, retention andmonetization strategies as part of a cross-functional team

Provide detailed insights regarding theproduct based on experience, research & competitive analysis to directlyinfluence the development of the service

Lead your team to discover player needsand spot opportunities to build new features and make improvements to theexisting product

Create the user stories, specs, andacceptance criteria for new features and improvements

Conduct rapid iteration, starting withprototyping, all the way through to production, A/B experiments and fullrollout

Prioritize the backlog and day to day workwith your cross-functional team (QA, customer service, community, design,analytics, engineers, and operations) to deliver business and customer value ona regular cadence

Monitor key benchmarks, analytics, andexperiment results every day to ensure the health of your service .

Qualifications:

MBA

5+ years experience working on a F2P gameduring post-launch phase

Experience building and leading across-functional and cross-cultural agile team with many competing prioritiesand outcomes

Self-starter and independent decisionmaker

Very strong analytical and problem solvingskills

Proven record of successfully managingproduct/games in a fast-paced environment, on time, and on budget

A natural communicator and activelistener, who can inspire a team and share a vision to executive team.

Experience in managing Mid core games is aplus
