SEO Executive (6 Months Contract)

BurdaLuxury is looking for SEO Executive to join our team in India. You will be responsible for driving SEO strategy and traffic generation across the regional BurdaLuxury portfolio with brands like Lifestyle Asia, Augustman, Prestige, and Travel + Leisure across five countries.

THIS ROLE IS FOR 6 MONTHS CONTRACT.

Key responsibilities:

Assist the SEO and editorial team to produce SEO-compliant content and coordinate with them to develop engaging content strategies and optimize their articles

Optimization of content written by the editorial team to ensure traction on all Google channels (Organic, News, App, AMP, Discover)

Develop keyword plans by conducting keyword research on a regular basis to generate content ideas and increase organic traffic

Optimize on-page SEO using Wordpress CMS.

Find, evaluate, and capitalize upon SEO expansion opportunities for site structure, on-page improvements, keyword strategies, and content optimization

Execute SEO best practice checklists, to ensure growth

Competitor analysis in terms of traffic, on-page factors, and new ideas

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in SEO in a publishing environment (Preferably - Asia)

Good knowledge of On-Page, Content SEO & blog optimization.

Experience in content ideation for media sites (background in lifestyle, fashion & entertainment publishing is a plus)

Knowledge on optimization of content for channels like Google News, AMP, and Discover (Web-stories).

Experience using SEO/analytics tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics

Knowledge of latest Google updates, policies & guidelines.

Good communication skills in English
