Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Lead Generation: Identify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound efforts. Reach out to potential clients, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Customer Consultation: Advise clients on the best travel options based on their preferences, needs, and budget, including destinations, accommodations, flights, and activities.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs established by the company.
  • Package Customization: Design customized travel packages for individual clients or groups, ensuring a personalized and exceptional travel experience.
  • Booking and Reservations: Process bookings and reservations for flights, hotels, tours, and other travel services using the companys systems. Ensure accuracy in all details.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up, ensuring high customer retention rates.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destinations, packages, and promotions offered by the company.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate prices and services with clients and vendors, ensuring the best value for both parties.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and networking events.
  • Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and complaints before, during, and after travel to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activity, bookings, client details, and revenue through CRM or other systems. Provide regular sales reports to management.
  • International / Domestic Trips: Whenever your presence required with group travel, need to travel International / Domestic trips.

Bcom and BBA (Commerce) are preferred
