Role Overview:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive/Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients generated through our email marketing efforts. You will connect with clients through calls, emails, or messaging platforms to nurture relationships and close deals. You will work closely with senior management and marketing teams to develop strategies that drive revenue growth in international markets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Follow up on leads generated through email marketing campaigns
  • Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Present and pitch our digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, web development, etc.) to potential clients, emphasizing the value and ROI
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
  • Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring sales targets and quotas are met or exceeded
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor pitches and proposals to specific client needs
  • Track and report on all sales activities, performance metrics, and forecasts to senior management
  • Stay informed of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management in the digital marketing industry
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, etc.)
  • Experience in generating leads and closing deals in international markets, especially the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia and more.
  • Proficiency in reaching clients via calls, emails, and messaging platforms such as WhatsApp and LinkedIn
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and opportunities
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to work in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience working with international clients in the USA, Canada, UK, or Australia
  • Familiarity with inbound and outbound sales techniques
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and challenges
